Specifies the values that define or are used in Collaboration object permissions.
Initializes a new instance of the PeerCollaborationPermission. The initial PermissionState for this instance is passed when the constructor is called.
Returns a value specifying whether the current PeerCollaborationPermission is unrestricted.
