Provides methods allowing add new field into field mapping.
IWithField WithField(int columnIndex, string field)

Adds a new field into fields mapping table.

IWithField WithFileField(int columnIndex, string field)

Adds a new field into fields mapping table. Used for Fields containing File Path.

IWithField WithObjectFieldContainsID(int columnIndex, string field)

Adds a new field into fields mapping table. Used for SingleObject or MultiObject field type contains ArtifactID or the actual text identifier. Value in the data source (in column defined by column index) should contain ArtifactId of existing objects in the Workspace. Not existing objects should be created before.
