Org.BouncyCastle.Cms.DefaultSignedAttributeTableGenerator
Default signed-attribute generator for CMS SignedData. Supplies contentType, signingTime, messageDigest, and
cmsAlgorithmProtect unless overridden. Used by SignerInfoGeneratorBuilder and
CmsSignedDataGeneratorAddSigner overloads.
