Org.BouncyCastle.Crypto.Generators.CompositeMLDsaKeyPairGenerator
Key-pair generator for one Composite ML-DSA combination, fixed at construction. Only the
SecureRandom from the supplied KeyGenerationParameters is used; both component
key pairs are generated to the sizes the combination requires.
