class BlobGetLayoutOptions

Optional parameters for GetLayout and GetLayoutAsync.

Optional BlobRequestConditions to add conditions on getting the blob's properties and layout.

If provided, returns layout only for the specified range. If not provided, returns the layout for the entire blob.
