The BlobBaseClient allows you to manipulate Azure Storage
blobs.
Gets the Storage account name corresponding to the blob client.
Gets the container name corresponding to the blob client.
Indicates whether the client is able to generate a SAS uri.
Client can generate a SAS url if it is authenticated with a StorageSharedKeyCredential.
Gets the name of the blob.
Gets the blob's primary Uri endpoint.
